How our bottles and jars reach you

Every purchase takes place through the retail partner listing rather than on this site. Once you complete an order there, the partner manages the preparation, selects the carrier, and provides all timing updates on their own platform. We keep no parcels here in Plasencia and pack nothing on this page.

Our formats travel in different ways depending on the material. The 60 ml Nourishing Moisturising Cream comes in a heavy glass jar, and the 30 ml dropper bottle and 200 ml micellar water bottle also need cushioning inside the parcel to arrive intact. The aluminum tin for the Natural Moisturising Lip Balm and the tube for the antiox hand cream are lighter and take the motion of transit without fuss.

When the parcel arrives, look at the volume marked on each carton before you open the seal. The face cream is 60 ml, the repair oil is 30 ml, the micellar water is 200 ml, and the lip balm tin is 15 g, either on its own or in a set of three. Checking the outer box against your order details ensures you have the exact piece you selected from the mill range.
