How this site is built to read

We set up these pages to move through clearly with a keyboard or a screen reader. The text runs under plain headings, every picture carries a written description of the jar or bottle shown, and no sound or video starts on its own.

Keeping the site simple to use is regular work for us, and we adjust parts of it as we go. If something on a page stops you from reading or moving forward, write to let us know which page you were on and what happened so we can fix it.
